Utility Box

The lockable utility box is made of weather-resistant polypropylene and holds 250 liters. The modern material is extremely robust and consists of 100% recycled plastic. Due to its honeycomb structure, the box is one of the lightest on the market.

In just five months, we were able to develop a complex process for connecting this material with reliable precision for large-scale production, develop all the parts for the hinge and locking mechanism, source materials, set up the production and assembly line, and implement quality control.

Series production has been running since February 2023.

The utility box was developed first for Riese & Müller bikes Load 75 and Transporter 85.

The design is modular and adjustable to other bikes as well.
